7 Designs, 1 New Logo. YOUR VOTE!

CUPE 1606 members have brought their creativity to the table. Now it’s time for members to make the final choice.

Earlier this fall, CUPE local 1606 invited members to help shape the future of our local by submitting their ideas and artwork for a new logo.

The response brought forward SEVEN UNIQUE DESIGNS, each offering a different interpretation of who we are, the work we do, and the people we represent. From bold lettering and meaningful symbols to designs that celebrate the many roles of education support workers, each submission reflects the creativity and pride within our membership.

Now, we’re turning the decision over to you!
Voting is open until November 18th, and then one design will represent 1606 going forward.

We’re inviting our members to explore all seven submissions and choose the design they feel best represents our local. Our new logo will become a visual representation of CUPE 1606; something that connects us across schools, job classifications, and communities. That’s why your input matters.

You’re in the right place!

A sincere thank you to everyone who took the time to submit an idea or design. Your willingness to participate has made this campaign possible. To those who are taking the time to vote, thank you for shaping how our local will be represented moving forward. We are stronger together.
